How do I update my Android Auto software?
Go to the Google Play Store, and search for Android Auto. Select the Android Auto app. If an update is available, you’ll see an Update button. Tap it. If your Android’s manufacturer has an update available, you’ll usually find it in the Downloads section of the Support page; you’ll also most likely have to select your Android’s type and model to find the proper update file. Clicking the update file’s name or Download button will usually prompt it to download.
Why can’t I update my Android version?
These could be reasons: Low battery – Software updates require a sufficient battery charge. Your device should notify you if it’s time to connect a charger. Low storage space – Your device needs enough free space to install the software update. If you can’t update your software to the latest version, it may be due to various factors, including insufficient storage space, weak internet connection, low battery, compatibility issues or limited available storage on your device.
